Track & Confirm Purchase Orders with One Click

Hi Customer,
 
We’re introducing a simple way to confirm purchase orders (POs) sent to you through OrderSource.
 
What’s New?
Starting in March 2026, POs you receive via email from Fintech will include a new “Acknowledge PO” button.
With a single click, you can confirm:
  • That you’ve received the PO
  • That you intend to fulfill the order
Once you click the button, the PO status will update to “Acknowledged” in our retailer’s Fintech Portal.
 
Why It Matters?
This update helps you and your retailers:
  • Reduce follow‑up emails and calls from retailers where they ask “Did you get my order?”
  • Increase trust and transparency around order fulfillment
  • Avoid delays and errors caused by missed or unconfirmed POs
What Do You Need to Do?
When you receive a PO email from Fintech:
  1. Open the PO email as you normally do
  2. Review the PO details
  3. Click the “Acknowledge PO” button in the email to confirm receipt and acceptance
That’s it—no additional login or workflow changes required.
 
Are you EDI‑Capable?
If you are EDI-capable and would prefer to send PO acknowledgements via EDI instead of email:
  • Please reply to this email 
  • Our team will work with you to determine the best integration approach
