Starting your day using the Smart Track Feature

 

  • Open the GreenMile App
  • On the Log in screen, use your Employee ID Number for both User Name & Password
  • If you are asked to go On Duty select No
  • On the Load Route screen, leave the Route line blank 
  • Enter your Cell Phone Number on the Equipment line
  • Disregard “This field is required” prompt on the Route line
  • The Smart Track Icon will not appear until you enter your phone number in the Equipment field
  • Select Smart Track Icon at the bottom middle of the screen 
  • Tap More on the lower Left, tap On Duty answer the COVID Questions
  • If the COVID Questions do not come up, you need to tap More on the lower Left tap Off Duty Wait 60 seconds and tap On Duty. Then you will get the COVID Questions
  • After you answer the COVID questions, you are set to go about your day.
  • There is no need to manually log in to accounts. GreenMile will log you in & out as you go.
