We need to delete and reinstall the VIP Sales app.
- Make sure you have sent any orders you have in the app.
- For your VIP password use the Single sign on button.
To Delete the VIP Sales App
- Tap Settings on the iPad
- Tap General
- Tap iPad Storage
- Tap on VIP Sales App icon
- Tap on Delete App
To Bring Back the VIP Sales App
- Open Comp Portal
- Click on Devices
- Click on Check Status. This should re-download the app.
Log into it like you normally would (using Single sign on option) and try again.
