We need to delete and reinstall the VIP Sales app. 
  1. Make sure you have sent any orders you have in the app.
  2. For your VIP password use the Single sign on button.

To Delete the VIP Sales App
  • Tap Settings on the iPad
  • Tap General
  • Tap iPad Storage
  • Tap on VIP Sales App icon
  • Tap on Delete App


To  Bring Back the VIP Sales App

  • Open Comp Portal 
  • Click on Devices 
  • Click on Check Status. This should re-download the app.


Log into it like you normally would (using Single sign on option) and try again.
