Please try a few things first.


  1. Force close the app by double tapping the round button on the face of the phone and swiping the app upwards. Then reopen and see if you are ie the same spot.
  2. Reboot the phone. Hold the side button on the right and the round button on the front of the phone until you see the apple logo pop up on the screen. Then reopen the app and see if it is still spinning.


If those don't work we will need to delete the app.


Here are the instructions:


  1. Delete the app by pressing on the icon until all of the icons are shaking with a "X" on them.
  2. Tap the VIP icon to delete it and then tap the face button once to stop them from shaking.
  3. Once the app is deleted, look for an icon that is a Blue and says Secure Hub Open it.
  4. Tap the three bars on the upper left.
  5. Select Preferences
  6. Select Devise Information
  7. Select refresh policy
  8. Wait for the app to reappear 10 to 15 minutes tops.
