Deleting and Reinstalling the ADP App

Deleting the ADP App;
  • Go iPad Settings
  • General
  • iPad Storage
  • Tap on ADP
  • Tap on Delete App


Once the App is gone 


  • Open Comp Portal 
  • Click on Devices 
  • Click on Check Status. This should re-download the app.

Then Sign in as normal
