GreenMile Using Driver 7 Instructions (Sales)

Starting your day 

 

When you start working for the day

            (Time Tracking)

  • Open the GreenMile App
  • On the Log in screen, use your Employee ID Number for both User Name & Password
  • If you are asked to go On Duty select Yes 
  • If you are not asked to go on duty Tap More on the lower Left, tap Off Duty then wait a minute and tap On Duty the COVID Questions will appear.

 

Proceed with the following steps when you arrive at your first stop

            (mileage tracking)

 

  • On the Load Route screen, enter your route number 
  • Enter your phone number in the Equipment field. 
  • Your route will be listed on the route list.

 

Ending your day using the Smart Track Feature

 

To complete the days Mileage tracking 

  • Look at your route list to see if there are any incomplete stops

  • Tap on the account with the above Icon and select Depart from the Account
  • If there are stops you did not go to, tap More and select cancel all stops
  • Once all accounts are completed, tap More and select Arrive at Warehouse 
  • If Arrive at Warehouse is not there Tap the Three Bars on the upper Right. Sign Out and Sign back in again. (this will refresh your stop list,) Check for incomplete stops.
  • Then tap Arrive at Warehouse again
  • After arriving at Warehouse, tap Complete Route in the lower right. 
  • If Complete Route is not there Tap the Three Bars on the upper Right. Sign Out and Sign back in again Enter your odometer-reading tap Submit 

 

To complete the days time tracking

  • Tap More and Tap Off Duty
  • Tap the Three Bars on the upper Right, Then Sign Out
