Starting your day using the Smart Track Feature

 

When you start working for the day

            (Time Tracking)

  • Open the GreenMile App
  • On the Log in screen, use your Employee ID Number for both User Name & Password
  • If you are asked to go On Duty select Yes 
  • If you are not asked to go on duty Tap More on the lower Left, tap Off Duty then wait a minute and tap On Duty the COVID Questions will appear.

 

Proceed with the following steps when you arrive at your first stop

            (mileage tracking)

 

  • On the Load Route screen, leave the Route line blank 
  • Disregard “This field is required” prompt on the Route line
  • Enter your phone number in the Equipment field. (The Smart Track Icon will not appear until the phone number is entered)
  • Select Smart Track Icon at the bottom middle of the screen 
  • There is no need to manually log in to accounts. GreenMile will log you in & out as you go.

 

 

Ending your day using the Smart Track Feature


To complete the days Mileage tracking 

  • Look at your route list to see if there are any incomplete stops

  • Tap on the account with the above Icon and select Depart from the Account
  • Once all accounts are completed, tap More and select Arrive at Warehouse 
  • If Arrive at Warehouse is not there Tap the Three Bars on the upper Right. Sign Out and Sign back in again
  • Then tap Arrive at Warehouse again
  • After arriving at Warehouse, tap Complete Route in the lower right. 
  • If Complete Route is not there Tap the Three Bars on the upper Right. Sign Out and Sign back in again Enter your odometer-reading tap Submit 

 

To complete the days time tracking

  • Tap More and Tap Off Duty
  • Tap the Three Bars on the upper Right, Then Sign Out
