You will need to delete And reinstall the app:
Deleting the GreenMile App
- Go iPad Settings
- General
- iPad Storage
- Tap on GreenMile (Driver 7)
- Tap on Delete App
- Once the App is gone Please let me know by replying to this email.
- From the office i will push down the new app
- When the app reappears, in the server Prompt Enter decrescente (All lower case)
- The rest is self explanatory.
- Use your Employee ID Badge number as the user Name & Password
Once the App is installed Set the Location services to always:
- Open Settings
- Scroll down to Privacy
- Tap Location Services
- Scroll down to the GM Driver app
- Tap it and make sure it is set to Always
