You will need to delete And reinstall the app:
Deleting the GreenMile App
- Go iPad Settings
- General
- iPad Storage
- Tap on GreenMile (Driver 7)
- Tap on Delete App
Once the App is gone
- Open Comp Portal
- Click on Devices
- Click on Check Status. This should re-download the app.
When the app reappears
- in the server Prompt Enter decrescente (All lower case)
- The rest is self explanatory.
- Use your Employee ID Badge number as the user Name & Password
Once the App is installed Set the Location services to always
- Open Settings
- Scroll down to Privacy
- Tap Location Services
- Scroll down to the GM Driver app
- Tap it and make sure it is set to Always
