You will need to delete And reinstall the app:



Deleting the GreenMile App
  • Go iPad Settings
  • General
  • iPad Storage
  • Tap on GreenMile (Driver 7)
  • Tap on Delete App


Once the App is gone 


  • Open Comp Portal 
  • Click on Devices 
  • Click on Check Status. This should re-download the app.

When the app reappears 

  • in the server Prompt Enter decrescente (All lower case)
  • The rest is self explanatory. 
  • Use your Employee ID Badge number as the user Name & Password


Once the App is installed Set the Location services to always

  • Open Settings
  • Scroll down to Privacy
  • Tap Location Services
  • Scroll down to the GM Driver app
  • Tap it and make sure it is set to Always
