You are still working yesterday’s GreenMile. Could you please complete yesterday’s route by following the directions below. Then sign in to today’s GreenMile route?
Ending your day using the Smart Track Feature
- Look at your route list to see if there are any incomplete stops
- The icon for an incomplete stop looks like this
- Tap on the account with the above Icon and select Depart from the Account
- Once all accounts are completed, tap More and select Arrive at Warehouse
- If Arrive at Warehouse is not there Tap the Three Bars on the upper Right. Sign Out and Sign back in again
- Then tap Arrive at Warehouse again
- After arriving at Warehouse, tap Complete Route in the lower right.
- If Complete Route is not there Tap the Three Bars on the upper Right. Sign Out and Sign back in again Enter you odometer-reading tap Submit
- Tap More and Tap Off Duty
- Tap the Three Bars on the upper Right, Then Sign Out
Starting your day using the Smart Track Feature
- Open the GreenMile App
- On the Log in screen, use your Employee ID Number for both User Name & Password
- If you are asked to go On Duty select No
- On the Load Route screen, leave the Route line blank
- Enter your Cell Phone Number on the Equipment line
- Disregard “This field is required” prompt on the Route line
- The Smart Track Icon will not appear until you enter your phone number in the Equipment field
- Select Smart Track Icon at the bottom middle of the screen
- Tap More on the lower Left, tap On Duty answer the COVID Questions
- If the COVID Questions do not come up, you need to tap More on the lower Left tap Off Duty Wait 60 seconds and tap On Duty. Then you will get the COVID Questions
- After you answer the COVID questions, you are set to go about your day.
- There is no need to manually log in to accounts. GreenMile will log you in & out as you go.
