The screenshot below you will see almost every day there is red in you Daily route history. There are two possible reasons:
- The locations settings for the Greenmile app are not set to Always
Make sure the location services for the app is set to "always'. If it is not set to always, when the app is closed the GPS services are not working.
- This is what you need to do to set the app to always.
- To Set the Location services to always:
- Open Settings
- Scroll down to Privacy
- Tap Location Services
- Scroll down to the GM Driver app
- Tap it and make sure it is set to Always
- When there are stops for one reason or another you did not go to you need to cancel those stops in the Greenmile app.
At the end of your day you need to do the following:
- Tap the More button on the bottom left
- Then select Cancel all stops
- Click OK
- Select the reason Tap select in the lower right
- If it says unable to cancel stops it because you are still in one account.
- Look at your stop list and depart from the open account
- tap More again and select arrive at warehouse
- Then tap complete Route in the lower right.
- Enter you odometer reading
- tap more Tap off duty
- then tap the three bars on the upper right ans sign out
