You must Arrived at Warehouse and Complete Route the day before. There is no way around this! If you do not Arrive at Warehouse and Complete Route the app will not record your data properly for the next day.
Here is how you can check to see the date is correct:
- On the Route Screen, Tap the Arrow on the upper left it will show you the date on the next screen.
- Tap Stop list on the lower right to go back to the Route Screen.
- If you are working the wrong date, you need to go to the End of Day procedures Arrive at Warehouse and Complete Route. Then start the log in process again.
Starting your day using the Smart Track Feature
When you start working for the day
(Time Tracking)
- Open the GreenMile App
- On the Log in screen, use your Employee ID Number for both User Name & Password
- If you are asked to go On Duty select Yes
- If you are not asked to go on duty Tap More on the lower Left, tap Off Duty then wait a minute and tap On Duty the COVID Questions will appear.
Proceed with the following steps when you arrive at your first stop
(mileage tracking)
- On the Load Route screen, leave the Route line blank
- Disregard “This field is required” prompt on the Route line
- Enter your phone number in the Equipment field. (The Smart Track Icon will not appear until the phone number is entered)
- Select Smart Track Icon at the bottom middle of the screen
- There is no need to manually log in to accounts. GreenMile will log you in & out as you go.
Ending your day using the Smart Track Feature
To complete the day's Mileage tracking
- Look at your route list to see if there are any incomplete stops
- The icon for an incomplete stop looks like this
- Tap on the account with the above Icon and select Depart from the Account
- Once all accounts are completed, tap More and select Arrive at Warehouse
- If Arrive at Warehouse is not there Tap the Three Bars on the upper Right. Sign Out and Sign back in again
- Then tap Arrive at Warehouse again
- After arriving at Warehouse, tap Complete Route in the lower right.
- If Complete Route is not there Tap the Three Bars on the upper Right. Sign Out and Sign back in again Enter your odometer-reading tap Submit
To complete the day's time tracking
- Tap More and Tap Off Duty
- Tap the Three Bars on the upper Right, Then Sign Out
