Smart Track End of day Closing procedures
At the end of your day you need to do the following:
- Look at your route list to see if there are any incomplete stops
- The icon for an incomplete stop looks like this
- Tap on the account and select depart from the account with the above Icon
- Once all accounts are closed tap More and select Arrive at Warehouse
- If Arrive at Warehouse is not there Tap the Three Bars on the upper Right. Sign Out and Sign back in again
- Then tap Arrive at Warehouse
- After arriving at Warehouse tap Complete Route in the lower right.
- If Complete Route is not there Tap the Three Bars on the upper Right. Sign Out and Sign back in again Enter you odometer reading tap Submit
- Tap More and Tap Off Duty
- Tap the Three Bars on the upper Right. Sign
