Delete and Reinstall the Volt App

We need to delete and reinstall the Volt app. 

To Delete the Volt App
  • Tap Settings on the iPad
  • Tap General
  • Tap iPad Storage
  • Tap on Volt App icon
  • Tap on Delete App


To  Bring Back the VIP Sales App

  • Open Comp Portal 
  • Click on Devices 
  • Click on Check Status. This should re-download the app.


When done Reboot the iPad and try again.
