If the app is truly stuck, the only thing we can do is to delete it and reinstall it.


Please try a few things first.


  1. Force close the app by double tapping the round button on the face of the iPad and swiping the app upwards. Then reopen and see if the same thing is happening.
  2. Reboot the iPad. Hold the side button on the upper left and the round button on the front of the iPad (like you were taking a screen shot) hold them both down until the screen goes dark and release them when you see the apple logo pop up on the screen. Then reopen the app and see if it is still not working.


If those do not work, you will need to delete the app.


Here are the instructions:


  1. Delete the app by pressing on the icon until all of the icons are shaking with a "X" on them.
  2. Tap the Building with Beer icon to delete it and then tap the face button once to stop them from shaking.
  3. Once the app is deleted, look for an icon that is a purple it says Secure Hub Open it.
  4. Tap the Menu arrow on the upper right.
  5. Select Preferences then select Devise Information
  6. tap Refresh Policy at the bottom
  7. Wait for the app to reappear 10 to 15 minutes tops.


Then try it again
