The app is set up to require three things to check into a stop.
1. Your device has to be within the geo-fence for the account.
2. You need to open the account in the app while you are with in the GEO Fence.
3. They have to stay in that geofence for at least two minutes after opening the account.
If both criteria are met it registers the stop.
