Unplug the Ethernet and plug it in. The Polycom logo shows up, disappears, and comes back again. When it comes back on a second time, you need to hold 4 fingers in the spots indicated in the picture I attached. (If you do it when the logo appears the first time it won’t work. Wait for the second time it appears and then do it quick.) The mute button (bottom right corner) will flash. Once it’s flashed for a couple seconds, let go of the touch screen and the phone will reset. It will prompt for an administrator passcode - Set it to 1053. Then make sure you choose Microsoft Teams as the set up option when asked. Those are the only two things you need to configure. Then they should be able to log in when it comes up.
