GreenMile Pending Stops Error

With Smart track, sometimes the app does not show you the stops you have been to during the day. When this happens you can tap the three bars on the upper right and sign out of the app. Then sign back in again. the stops will show up .After you do this you will see one of the stops with an Icon that has a light green clock on it. That means the app thinks you are still in the account. Tap that account and tap depart account . Then the icon will change from a light green clock to a green check mark. Then you can arrive at warehouse and complete the route.
