You cannot print Pictures using Windows 10 image viewer, because he does not send the pass code with the file causing the the file to be "stuck" and locking up the printer
You need open the picture in Paint to be able to get the Color copier to print a picture.
This is what you need to do to use the Paint Program:
Save the picture on your desktop
Click on the windows button to see all programs
Scroll down to Paint 3D and open it
once it is open Click on new
Then click on the file folder icon in the upper left
Then Click Open
Then Browse files
Find you way to the desktop and select the file you want to print
Then Click on the file folder icon again
Then Click on Print
Then 2D print
Then select the printer you want
And click on Print
